Pam is a passionate and dedicated educator who is committed to supporting district leaders and teachers in their on-going development and dedication to student success. With more than 10 years in the education field, she has a strong record of working with all levels of district staff to understand and utilize student data to make decisions that result in success for students.
Pam has an eye for analyzing districts’ needs and identifying solutions that will get the best results. As an Educational Consultant, she has developed relationships with teachers that allow her to offer continued support and supported district leaders in identifying goals and making strategic changes based on current scientific research and best practices.
After earning a Bachelor of Humanities in Secondary English Education from the Pennsylvania State University, Pam started her teaching career as a high school English teacher in north Philadelphia. Upon recognizing how many of her students were unable to read, she obtained an M.Ed. as a reading specialist and special educator from St. Joseph’s University and has dedicated her career to helping students learn to read.
