Title I Interventionist

Work

My name is Sharon Wallace. I retired from the Altoona Area School District in 2017 with 36 years teaching experience. My teaching career gave me the opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. The majority of my career was spent with primary age students developing their reading and math abilities in an inclusive setting. I enjoyed being a part of a team of teachers that helped children reach success within the boundaries of the regular classroom.

Life

After retirement, I moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to be closer to family. I am now able to spend more time with my two children and my sister.
